Hi all!
I'm having a similar problem - I have over 20 posts and it told me my account wasn't found when I tried to sign up fo the free postage..
I'm not actually ordering anything at the moment, but it would be nice to have it sorted now in case I need to order something in the future

Yeah I've been doing it all right - and my email is the same for both Hexus and Scan...I don't know what's wrong??

And:

So long as you have waited until after midnight after reaching this total.

Please read the instructions and what a staff member from Scan just told you. It clearly states you need a minimum of 20 quality, spam free posts and be active within our community.

You can not simply sign up and get free postage.

Just checked - hit 20 at 3:10pm yesterday, applied today.

I'd just like to remind EVERYBODY of this particular condition of the deal:

With you all registered and logged into the site you are required to make 20 constructive posts before the system will allow you to register with Scan.

Putting things like "Good one" or "I have one of those" or any other such tripe just to get your post count upto 20 will NOT qualify you for the deal & will most likely incur the wrath of the mod team for being a spammer.

So don't do it.
