Hi there, can someone possibly help me? Every time I come to buy something at scan I can't get the free shipping. Happened a few times now and I have had to buy elsewhere. Thought this time I would try to get it sorted, but as usual I need everything asap, so want to order tomorrow am. I have linked my account and it did used to work in the past but now says hexus account is not found. Should I raise a query somewhere/somehow or PM someone? Many thanks for assistance with this.
