It's not an automatic link, you have to manually link your hexus and scan accounts together, it's just that there are a few times of the day where the scan and hexus databases talk to each other with the relevant updates.

As such, if it doesn't work the day you have reached or breached the 20 post limit, we advise to wait a little, try the next day and if this does not work, drop us a PM with your name, address etc and we can usually get any issues like this rectified.

You missed the part where it was 20 constructive posts.

If you spam your way to 20 again, you'll have all your posts removed. One liner, "throw away" posts will ensure you never get free shipping.

You've been reduced to 10 posts - make sure your rest from this point are constructive.

Have had a Scan account for a while, but I can't find where I enter my hexus details. I have never been asked for them when I set the scan account up. Any ideas?

When I first created the scan account I was not asked for the hexus info, and I can't see how to add it now to the account I have.
