SCAN2HEXUS - Free Shipping setup guide!

Hi there, can someone possibly help me? Every time I come to buy something at scan I can't get the free shipping. Happened a few times now and I have had to buy elsewhere. Thought this time I would try to get it sorted, but as usual I need everything asap, so want to order tomorrow am. I have linked my account and it did used to work in the past but now says hexus account is not found. Should I raise a query somewhere/somehow or PM someone? Many thanks for assistance with this.

hey it was near night and today im back.... Anyways im on the phone to scan and i helped a member last night too.
edit got to work i had mixed my self up xD

It's not that actually

I can see the problem Jasjeet has and this is because there are 2 accounts with 2 different names at your postal code.

if you login to the account with Jasjeet as the first name, the free carriage is active on this account and not the other account.

Please also ensure that the basket total is over the £20 EX VAT threshold as well

it looks like i have lost my free delivery gift. any chance that I can have this back, I was going to order a new case however without the free carrage, it appears to be cheaper in pc world.

I've checked the online systems here and the free carriage is still active on your account. We do not remove or stop these from working.

Please ensure that you are adding items to the basket which go over the £20 EX VAT threshold as this is usually the most common problem.

aha.. this link works for me.. But when I do enter my info it says... "Your HEXUS account is not found - please check your details and try again. " but it seems all correct

Hmm I have carried out the steps but when I login to the Scan through https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Log...ecarriage.aspx no form to input my hexus details appears ... any help would be appreciated.
