This is clearly not the original work of a company representative as it comprises pre-written paragraphs which are obviously chosen and assembled into a non unique e-mail. As you can see, most of the paragraphs do not even apply to my complaint and therefore I can only conclude that the statements are so generic as to be impossible to be construed as a direct, personal, confidential communication to me, regarding my particular case.
yup - watchdog them...either way get your rag out...
To cut a long story short, Trading Standards produced the £99.99 poster which the local management claimed didn't exist and I got my desk.
