Its always good to have a backup just in case your gf goes crazy or you get bored of her... keep in touch with that friend if she is fit

What about a full-on grope session? It's black and white for me -
Any fluids being spilt/shared is cheating - anything else is not.
Why wouldn't they be? They like you, they'd care for your wellbeing....fair enough they might not be the best people to ask for relationship advice, but then again not all friends are, either. It depends on the person, and yourself I guess - if you're in a relationship and it's causing friction - but I haven't questioned any similar situations as such before. If a friend fancies you, are they really a friend?
I didn't mean it quite like it's worded I guess.
Of course they are your friend for the most part. However, in my opinion they are not just a friend, even if they are from your point of view. For them they are in the fuzzy area between friend and a grilfriend or boyfriend.
From your point of view it will be fine.. they are just a friend and thats all they ever will be.
But from their point of view and more importantly your gf/bf's point of view they are not simply a friend, they have tried and will potentially try again to be more. So try looking from her (your gf's) perspective, how would you feel if she had someone like that hanging around her? If you think it's ok for her to do it then by all means why not do it yourself, but if not its a bit of a double standard. I certainly wouldn't and don't like it and so it doesn't happen anymore.
This is the situation I was in and just cut her loose as it wasn't heathy for my relationship.
I 'flirt' all the time, but only with people I know really well, and they know it's meant in jest. It's just a bit of fun really. Yes, the Mrs knows I do it It's not just restricted to women either! I guess me and my friends are just confident enough to pretend to 'fondle' each other for a joke. You know, until I wrote that, it never even occurred to me exactly how that could appear to other people. Ahh well
Amen to that. 10 years next March

What about if your partner sends pictures of a trip that he/she went with a bunch of girlfriends to one of his/her friend first BEFORE actually sending it to the girlfriends themselves?

Hairy Muff, the only guys I know that I know will flirt without any ulterior motive (towards women, at least) are gay...but in mutual understanding terms that's fine. I'd only flirt with, single women aside, are those without boyfriends, but not really wanting anything - more to pass the time and just enjoy myself like you probably do
I do only see women 'flirting', and it may seem sexist to some but meh, as either ulterior motive, passive-aggressive, or just plain foolery. If a woman was to instigate flirting, 9 times out of 10, I'd have none of it. Just my experience of how the way things go though
