Printing my email??

Hi all,

I am having a trouble of printing the number of pages that I want printed. I can't just select the page I print. If there is a huge email, I have to print it all everytime instead of the first page. This causes a lot of waste of paper.

Please can you help me to bring back that environmental-friendly function?

Or are you talking about a web email service like gmail?

Should be able to right-click on email to bring up 'print preview'? Then click print, select page range/single page etc.

Indeed the retards who do outlook, are well retarded.

There is a simple 'secret'... but i'll never tell.

just hit reply.

as soon as you do this, if you've word installed (and not fecked with the settings so word is not the default editor) you are in a session of word, and you can print specific pages.

or do what i do which is delete all the "this document is intended for employees of..." and hit print.

Read it on the screen rather than printing it, that's the 'environmental-friendly' way

If using outlook 2003, make sure you bring the email up in it's own window rather that just looking at it in the reading pane, and then you can choose whatever pages you want to print.

It is Outlook 2007, that doesn't work anymore We discovered this the hard way at work. I did know there was a work around involving using Word as the editor but we can't do that as it messes a lot of other things up if you do.
