If there's a hell, I hope the rotten sod is burning there..
yes that guy should be in hell for a long time!
Thats dreaduful, lots of people are always escaping from minimum security prisons, when they go on to commit such awful crimes i think maybe they should be scrapped
Tells me spammers are obviously nut-cases and should be locked up in a mental institute for their own safety.
I know what you mean, but I don't think ordinarily one would equate "scumbag spammer" with "homicidal nutjob". They might be vile, but you wouldn't ordinarily expect them to wig out and go on a killing spree any more than developers of open-source filesystems. Actually, thinking about it, doing that for fun and frolics kind of marks you out as a bit obsessive, perhaps, so... Anyway, low security/open facilities are generally a good way to do a number of different things; they're a cheaper place to put low risk offenders, they're a good halfway house for prisoners who will be released, and they're a useful incentive. If used properly, that is. There's a (huge) argument about whether we're abusing them in the UK by using them for completely unsuitable prisoners, but that's another question (I think we are, but given the massive increases in prison places and the fact that they're still overflowing, I think there's a bigger question about who we're locking up, what for, why, and what we expect prison to do).
Anyway back on topic; I don't see that there's anything prior to this that would mark the swine out as someone prone to do this sort of thing, but then that's so often the case. I'm guessing that having seen his spam empire gutted, and having been financially filleted as well as sentenced to prison, the guy decided to end it all, and rather than just punching his own ticket, the egocentricdecided to take the family with him. Not so different to Mr. Mid-Level Exec who decides to react to being downsized the same way.
Didn't read about that, suprised I didn't get an email about it to be honest.
