Guys,
I have an Excel sheet with a load of data in it - 2005 is at the bottom and the latest is at the top.
I want to shift it so all of the data is the other way around so it lists oldest first - its multiple columns.
Any ideas?

how many rows, how many columns?
Is there a date column?
Just have one cell in that column selected, and hit Z->A or A->Z as oppropriate and all colums should sort. If you select more than one cell, it will only sort the selection.
And if you don't have a column you can easily sort on then add one.
Insert a column, put '1' in the first row and '2' in the second. Now select them. Grab hold of the black square on the bottom right hand corner of the selection and pull it down to the bottom of your data, Excel will incriment the values for you. Now you can reverse sort your list and remove the column once it is done.
indeed this sounds like a job for the 'sort' feature!
