    Fitness drive

I've decided that there is probably truth in the saying "healthy mind in a healthy body".

So I've started jogging a couple of times a week with a mate (first time last night. Did about 1.5 miles, we think. Not sure of the distances. 5 laps of a cricket field) and am now considering Tae Kwondo (or "kung fu sh1t" as I've just put it in my calendar).

Not done this before. Anyone got pointers on what I can expect?

Heh. One of the governing bodies is called the World Tae Kwon Do Federation or "WTF" for short. Awesome.
