    Prints from Digital Camera

Just received my first set of prints that I took on my new digital camera and am very pleased!

I ordered them on Friday night from www.photobox.co.uk, a very simple and easy to use website, I ordered some standard sizes, some square, some enlargements and I received them this morning (Monday)! Very speedy and very good quality. I pleased

I printed some out on my printer (epson 680 2880dpi) on photo paper, and was impressed with the results - they tend to look better printed because they're much higher resolution than we see on screen so we're not scrutinising them as much

    how much did it cost?

I have printed some of them out on my Epson (CX320) printer and they are very good, but not a patch on ones printed by pro's! They are good value too so it probably works out cheaper getting someone else to print them too... dunno... but thats what I'm going to do from now on I think.

    Um... I think 6x4" were 28p each and the 8x8" was £2.50. Not bad! (Plus £1.50 p&p)

    looks nice!

i tend to have a walk up the high street boots or asda seem to have a deal on most of the time, boots were doing 50 prints for a fiver, i duno if that is good compared to a web site, but it sounded ok... asda have this machine that you stick your mem card, cd or zip disk... you then view and set up what prints you want and the shape and style... looks quite good to me

That sounds good too... although finding the time to go out get them done (then pick them up again) puts me off a little. Part of the advantage of a digital camera for me is that I can just get them printed via the internet
