Email, e-mail or eMail?

Bit of a random one, but which do you use? I was never sure which was right, but according to wikipedia:

Electronic mail, often abbreviated to e-mail, email, simply mail, or the original eMail, is a store-and-forward method of writing, sending, receiving and saving messages over electronic communication systems.

Same here. For general stuff I'll use email but in a more formal document, so long as the usage is consistent, I'll use either e-mail or email.

Maybe e-mail once or twice in past times... now email, always. Never even considered eMail

... I use them all, at the same time, in the same sentence to avoid confusion. I like to think this helps.

i cant really think of the last time i wrote i down as word really... obviously it gets said verbally at work "email"

Definitely "e-mail", never seen anyone use "eMail". Doesn't seem to be possible to do a case specific search, at least in Google ... arg, why did I waste time even looking!

My vote went to e-mail, but I actually use a capitalized E: E-mail.
