Video viewing problems

Hi all,

I have recently upgraded my OS from XP to Windows Vista. However I got some problems of viewing the video clips. Some of the video files are upside down. Can anyone advise me what to do? Any software I can use?? Those videos are my travelling clips.

VLC is a bit of a resource bandit, whilst i tend to have it installed for dealing with those 'difficult' codecs, its generally better if you can get the proper codec installed.

(a codec been a coder/decoder, some software that can explain the langauge the video is encoded in).
