    Re: Drinking in USA..

Just get married to someone 21... Following your non-hyperlinked link at the top I found this about California:
    Underage Possession of Alcohol

Possession is prohibited WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION(S):
    • private location
    • OR parent/guardian consent
    • OR legal-age spouse

    Some other bits:
    Underage Consumption of Alcohol
    Consumption is not explicitly prohibited
Loss of Driving Privileges for Alcohol Violations by Minors ("Use/Lose Laws")

Type(s) of violation leading to driver's license suspension, revocation, or denial:
    • underage purchase
    • underage possession

Use/lose penalties apply to minors under age 21
So it looks like you're not totally banned from drinking, but anyone under 21 can be punished for buying or possessing alcohol in the state of California. Your only way out is if your older wife buys it for you!

Oh and you're totally allowed to host underage drinking parties:
Hosting Underage Drinking Parties: Criminal Liability
    No criminal social host law

    Re: Drinking in USA..

Buried on one of the links somewhere I found was an exemption that if two minors marry, then they are both exempt.

    lolwut.
