Got a whiteboard today - about 60cm by 45cm, and magnetic (ooooooh).
I'm currently using is to flesh out project ideas for my Masters... quite nice to have somewhere to keep ideas that I can stare at... that I can't play flash games on... because we all know that's the main failing of a computer!
So, who else has a whiteboard, and do you find it indispensable?

we just moved floor at work, i realised our whiteboard hadn't been used for about 6 months. I find scrap paper for brain storming much easier, then again i'm only brainstorming with a max of 5, and the really cool stuff we try to keep only between us

Yeah, I used to be a paper scribbler... but I tend to end up with a lot of paper... everywhere.

Really wanted one for D&D sessions, but found it hard to get hold of one for anything reasonable.
Yep got one in the kitchen, practising writing on it at the moment as it's sort of crucial to my becoming a teacher

back of envelope! nice and thick cause there's two meaty bits of paper together so it feels "right" and you have loads of them around....

Practice throwing the board rubber too, one swift blow to the forehead with a board rubber is enough to down a chav.
