Ladies and Gentlemen...

There has been a sharp rise of unsuitable content posted in the last week. Let me make it absolutely crystal clear that linking to any adult material is not allowed.
Generally speaking, if its rated 18+ or pornographic, it does not belong here. HEXUS has never allowed posting of this kind of material.

I've just been going through the two 'funny pictures' threads and I can not believe that someone has posted an image of a topless 16 year old. The poster is extremely lucky to have not been instantly banned, which is something we very rarely do.

A huge number of our regulars, myself included, visit the forums at work. It could only take one accidental click of a mouse for jobs to be at risk.

We don't have a "rules list" that we enforce strictly like a lot of places, and we want to keep it that way. But please use a bit of common sense

If you are unsure about an image ask an mod / admin. Thats what we are here for

Sorry Agent and admin/mods. I thought my last gif was slightly inappropriate, but since it didn't contains any privates (angles meant they were blocked) I thought it would be ok. I even said I will remove on the first complaint and I tagged it as NSFW...

Can't remember who posted the 16 year old (I must have overlooked it - usually when one of these lol-pics says 16 year old, they are usually older anyway - no one is stupid enough to post child porn!), that is way out of line.

I think it should also be noted, that nothing was posted purely for its inappropriateness, I didn't post ones that I thought had crossed the line. Everything was posted purely for the comic value. I think I speak for all the offenders when I say this (I hope I was not the only one!).

i think generally banning any links to 4chan might be a good idea lol

but to be honest it was stupid as hell to post that picture of girl topless i mean really... its bad enough its porn... but underage porn im suprised he wasnt insta banned probably a big contributor to forum i suppose.

Or it was seen to be an error in judgement, out of character from their normal posts and the person responsible has been reminded of what is and isn't appropriate.


Far more effective than a simple ban IMHO.

C'mon, HEXUS is a community... if someone makes an error of judgement they get a reminder of where the line is... if they continue in the manner they've been pulled up on, then we start talking about the ban-hammer.

Everyone makes mistakes, me included, so a polite slap on the wrist and all is sorted.
