i'm not afraid of dying. Its whats after dying. When in there a hell as i don't want to go to it and spend eternity in pain
Then be comforted as it's almost certainly a big old bunch of cobblers.
Dying doesn't bother me as much as what leads up to it - sometimes death is a happy release from suffering. If there is an afterlife then that's a plus, really.
I think my biggest fears change regularly but overall I generally fear the loss of my loved ones more than my own demise to be honest.

Back on topic:
Death; after losing my father and more recently my grandad. Before that event, it was losing one of my senses or mobility; basically being put in a situation of man made hell.
Wasps/Hornets etc
Terminal illness in my wife or kids.
I can deal with just about anything else, but that gives me nightmares.

There are a couple of things that skare me a hell of a lot, not things I can easily put into words though.
