Don't know why I want to remember - terrible music question

As per the title, I have no idea why I want to remember this, but it's been bugging me all afternoon.

There was a song in the late 80s, maybe early 90s, which was a pisstake of the Terminator movies. Think it featured an Arnold impersonator with the line 'I'll be back' and the sound of small arms fire.

Any suggestions?
