    No, what they're saying is that when you post several one line posts one after the other, it will not be appreciated. If you're going to put several things in, one after the other, either think the post through before you make it or use the edit button, otherwise, it'll just be seen as a blatant attempt to boost your post count.

    And, as one of the people that has to waste their time undoing it, I don't appreciate it.

    So let's be clear. The Scan offer is for active forum members. That doesn't mean mean that 20 posts of any old type will do it. It means for people taking part in the forums.

    If I see any more attempts to simply bolster post count, I'll just zero your post count. If it carries on after that, it will either result in a ban or in us warning Scan of your activities, at which point, they're likely to decline to activate that offer.

    Once again, it's for people taking part in the forum, and activities like your posting habits are the best argument for us also putting a minimum time limit on membership before the offer becomes active.
