Things never get answerd if you do ask! meaby a stupid question buut. when you go into www.hexus.net all the stuff on the page, the reviews ect ect is that done by everyone we see on here? or another little team

Thats all written by the editorial team, you see their names on the articles.

I can't remember all the colour designations, but I think the forum members with bold light blue names are the Hexus staff. For example Parm and Scott B are staff. Parm does a lot (most?) of the HEXUS.net articles and Scott does the HEXUS.channel pieces.

This has given me the idea of adding a list of the groups to my thread in the welcome forum.

And then are the Mods on here just the forums mod's then they dont do anything with the site? I bet its a pretty penny to keep the site running.

Mods (orange) like Zak33, Agent and Saracen are volunteers and long term members. This is the same with Admins (dark red) like Ferral and 5cupa.

Well there are banner ads at the top and no doubt there's 'some' kind of deal between Hexus and the people who run the Hexus.care forums (Scan, ATI etc.). It's a business so it's got to be funded somehow.

I can guarantee you now that Hexus probably makes a killing lol, the only thing that really costs them money is, site (forum) maybe servers? some competitions or part of it depending on sponsor, and basically paying Nick to be electrocuted. but yes there is sponsors pretty much everywhere.

There are quite a few dedicated servers. No-one will say how many or anything about them, but they are expensive boxes thats for sure. Hosting and bandwidth isn't cheap, nor is writing original content for the site, such as PSU roundups and large reviews.

I can't imagine that filming and producing the HEXUS.tv content is cheap either, the bandwidth bill for that alone will be high.
