Who eats it for breakfast?
For those who do, I have a tip. Sainsbury's Basics F&F is about 1/4 the price of Kellogs, probably cheaper than most other brands too (save maybe Asda).
And somehow, it's got TONNES OF RAISINS.

I vowed way back in the '80s that I would never buy Fruit & Fibre because of their utterly nauseating adverts. I have seen no reason to go back on my word.

But do the flakes taste of cardboard?
Wouldnt eat that.
After a while noshing that stuff you would get a serious case of the 'Two-Bob-Bits', and 'macaroni-ing' yourself during the day would not be nice![]()
I like it when we have it in this house, healthyish breakfeast beats the crap out of sugar puffs which have honey so your pee smells all day.
but most people pee in toilet then flush - it should not be a massive problem!

I'm more of a Cornflake man myself.
i have the sainsbury's F&F too, has too many raisins imo
I have to completely agree, the sainsbury's fruit and fibre is really good (my weekend breakfast- bacon sandwhich in the week). Tonnes of raisins and other bits and pieces and because its cheaper, meens I can eat more without feeling as though I'm eating too much too fast.
Fruit and fibre mixed with crunchy nut cornflakes![]()
