Not earplugs for use BY planesbefore the wise cracks start.
Does anyone know where you can get pressure equalising earplugs for use on planes?
Off to Canada on Friday![]()
Sorry to be of no help... but...
Why the f are you going to Canada? Take the weather here, multiply it by 50 and you have Canada...
@JK - do you even know where Canada is?

.. They're also reliable.
What we share with everyone is glum, and dark...

So... you're intentionally going to toddle off to Canada and freeze your anatomical references off? You're 100% bonkers, my friend
Yes I do - it's that big, epically freezing place up near America (WNW from us on a 16-point compass, roughly). I has a friend there, who has invited me over when it's considerably warmer (a temperature that I can bear, in other words)

Skiing/Boarding?
Hmm I need to get hold of some of these aswell, when I flew in December I didn't like the sharp pains along my head I was experiencing from the pressure when descending. and my ears were funny for a few weeks after!
Should be flying again in March.
I'd never even heard of these things
Do lots of people use them?
I can 'pop' my ears on command, just me?
I just pinch my nose and blow hard when the plane is coming in to land, though I expect there's a good reason not to do that....![]()
