Waw! Ebuyer are fast with returns / refunds!!
I sent an item back on the 13th Feb, checked my account today and refund amount has been deposited back into my account.
That is very fast. Wish other places were as fast!
Anyone had a quicker refund than 7 days (Non-working days too) I once had a refund from Ebuyer within 5 days of returning a faulty sound card!
I took a Pastie back to Greggs once that tasted funny and they exchanged it for another, no questions asked. Apart from, "what's up with it?" and "domestos?".

The usual turn-around time in my experience:
Ebuyer -> 2~4 Days
SCAN -> 4~14 Days (lots of questions asked occasionally)
And not to mention Ebuyer refunds postage for sending it back

Aye, eBuyer really are fantastic when it comes to returns.
Ordered a case last month for a friend, arrived on a Monday with a dent, they picked it up on Tuesday and delivered the replacement Friday the same week. All this and I had selected the super saver delivery. Superb service.
Scan are great too though, I only buy from eBuyer and Scan.
never had a bad thing to say about ebuyer, there returns and refund service is top class, if they cant provide a new part due to EOL you get a refund, no partial refund like certain other "online" stores palm you off with.
and the best part.
if it says its in stock then you get it
