I am just having awful trouble at the moment.
With opera, ie and chrome. All either responding very slow or not at all...
However it could just be my uni proxies going a bit tits up :s
EDIT: Seems like quite a few people are affected - it shows how much you rely on something when it stops working- fingers crossed it works again shortly
EDIT2: 11:28 I have movement, some messages have shown as received via googletalk...

yep, just checked it here (firefox) and its taking agggess to load/not loading at all.
I just tried accessing my googlemail account, it's not working here in both IE and FF....I'm not allowed to install anything else on the PC (the IT guy perma-banned me from doing that).

I've always wondered why they have insisted on increasing the mail allowance slowly, rather than just keeping it at say 7gb or something.

Never had a problem like this before, I normally swear by it, but it's worrying that it's be inoperable for almost 20 mins. Although I guess the problem is with so many people all trying to access it at once it makes it all the more difficult to restart and get working I assume?
Googletalk seems to be working for me fine though (seperate app) and on igoogle.
Love the "The System encountered a problem (#001)" < I bet someone forgot to turn the switch back on
