    EBay Feeback for Public Services

Can anyone else see the problem here? Also what I hate about Amazon ratings, people with a grudge will rate it badly, or cause a stink. People review an item that was faulty and had to send it back. I don't find that sort of thing helpful.

Sending back faulty services is a little harder though. Think you can claim the postage back?

It's a great idea. It's going to fail.

Re: EBay Feeback for Public Services

People in England will get more online powers to rate GPs, police, childcare and councils, Gordon Brown has said.
Mr Brown said: "We are ushering in a new world of accountability in which parents, patients and local communities shape the services they receive, ensuring all our public services respond not simply to the hand of government, but to the voice of local people."
I notice he didn't include MPs in that list of people we can "rate".

How about "ushering in a new world of accountability" for government. It's called a "general election", Mr Brown. I feel fairly confident you'd get some enthusiastic "feedback", all right.
