Things that you feel you may have missed out on

I have a great life, and I have lived parts of it quite hard already I've definately crammed a fair bit in

And so I don't regret much, but there ARE a fewthings that I feel as though I may have missed, more by chance than anything.

And Trance is one of them.

Too old now, too many responsibilities too, but I'm working my way through the suggestions in Tiggerai's post about music to work too and I feel like maybe it passed me by while I was working and living another life.

IS there anything (not necessarily music) that you think maybe rolled past you?

Ibiza - wish i'd gone back in the early 90's when I first discovered Trance and it was popular but not full of beer boys.

No, I mean ball sports, football, golf, tennis, etc. I was too wrapt in the first skateboard & BMX revolution to pay it any attention. I do feel sometimes out in the cold when a lot of my pals are conversing fervantly on sport & i'm left clueless.

The university experience if truth be told. I couldn't care less about getting degree and qualifications. More so the experience. Had a terrible time in 6th form (note: always go to college, and not 6th form), and decided I couldn't take any more "education".

If I could wind the clock back, I'd go to college (and NOT 6th form) and then perhaps I would have had the independence pushed onto me, whereas in 6th form I was nanny-ed? And then maybe I would have ended up going to Uni.

Luckily, I landed on my feet (sort of) and found myself a nice job, close to home with an ok wage (considering it's my first ever job).

I'm only 21 though, so I can always go to Uni in the future (but as on oldie )

I can't think of anything from the top of my head that I missed out on.

Maybe sticking out my first attempt at college..would probably be further career based.

There is probably loads that I have missed if am honest.

I've missed out on a lot of things just down to the way that I am. I can't remember what most of them where though (thats a different story that I mentioned in feisty)

slowly working on rectifying some of them and others I cant be bothered to even start, most seem to be doable though and others are plain scary but i'll get there in the end.

one thing i may miss out on if i don't hurry up writing this post, is that bacon & cheese in the fridge. my sisters wandering around looking for food.

Actually most of the pre-2000's gaming era. I'm always fairly gutted that i missed out on potentially some of the best games ever - like never having an N64 for instance. All that fun, wasted!

And motorbikes, feel i missed out there too. When I could've had one my brother winds up getting slapped down by a car & I had to promised mi mum I'd never get one. Regret it now I cant anyway, along with sport & the uni experience.
