I don't wish to sound like one of them people that get offended on behalf of others but this thread makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable as there is a fine line between having a laugh with somebody and having a laugh at somebody as what i've seen Ginger people go through being bullied relentlessy at school and by drunks as Adults when out clubbing or at the pub Ginger people tend to be very sensitive about the whole subject so it would be intresting to hear how viet cong zombi feels about how this thread.
I know nobody on here means any harm or offence and are just trying to lighten things up with some humour but i think we have to be careful not to make anybody feel unwelcome or a victim and a reminder of what they have already been through or maybe still going through.

Yeah, it gone a bit far. Just when I googled them pics they made me laugh.
Viet cong zombi, do you really get that much crap for being ginger? I have not whitnessed anyone getting a load of crap in adult life for it. Well, apart from funny pictures online.

Now that's a question. From the first thread it looked like trolling or vindictive ginger bashing.
Then on this new thread it seemed to be "No, nooo I'm ginger isn't this link ridiculous."
To which everyone saw that this was not seriously condeming people with ginger hair and so everyone starts ginger bashing.
Does anyone know?

As with all things that could be offensive to people, the banhammer has been swung to protect them and their fragile minds, because of course jokes on the internet may cause physical harm or distress.
I presume that the sarcasm I heard in the above comment wasn't actually there, and that you are aware that there are some sillibillies who are affected by the written language?
Cyberbullying does exist.. just not on the scale the media are talking about. I digress however.

well the pics I found are along the similiar lines as the opener of the thread no? At least the pics are made as a joke and clearly so. So if you find the URL at the begining of the thread amusing and funny, the logic states you may enjoy the pics.
Although, if this was taking the mickey out of Gay or black people and posting a URL to vindictive comments towards them, then I suspect I would face a ban. Hence my point in the ginger thread 1
