Try finding a book called - Everything Bad is Good for you.
It's an interesting read. Just shows that everything bad actually teaches you something, and therefore is good as you learn from it.
Whether it be another way of firing those synapses (videogames) or tolerance for those different to you. It's all good in some sorta way.
Apart from death, that's pretty bad.

You always tend to hear about/see the bad stuff before the good stuff. Bad news travels fast.
