It didn't fall off, it merely became insufficient at it's purpose and got a bit droopy...
I don't even think the challenge is necessary, he's already ordered it and is now sat at the front door waiting for "the knock"
I'm gonna try and find some really ace tape and make myself one of these

if i be honest, i used it for a while, then i needed to attach keys to it and that just ripped a big hole in the middle of it. So i went back to my old one
ignoring that hole, its actually quite awesome and lasted a good 6month / year and im sure would still be fine today

I got rid of my bio-hazard wallet some time ago as it rips too easily. Instead, just made one out of duct tape, and that's held up a lot better. It doesn't rip, but I've had to replace a couple of pieces where it's just stop being sticky.
Mine's still going strong. It could do with a little touch up where some of the tape on the outside's starting to peel a little bit but nothing major.
