    Speaking to the BBC, his personal manager said: "[It's] shocking. He was full of life, always wanting to work... a great person."

    He added to the New York Post that Carradine had "been in good spirits" when he spoke to him last week.

    Carradine, who recently starred in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill saga, had been in Thailand to film upcoming movie Stretch.

    Some talk of suicide doing the rounds (allegedly he was found inside a cupboard with a curtain cord around his neck.)

    Sad news, whatever the cause.

    "He was full of life"

    Ah yes, the great way of describing someone without actually defining their character in any way at all. So, when they were alive, they had lots of "life"? Great, I suppose they don't have much of that any more.

    I'm not trying to take away from this sad/shocking news, but it does annoy me when people can say little more than "he/she was full of life".
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Well, it might be true. I mean, I couldn't have said the same of my granddad who died pretty much a vegetable.
    It's possible to be living but not 'full of life' (myself as an example), though I can kind of see what you mean - it's a pretty trite sentiment.

    Ouch ! These deaths always seem to be so out of the blue, although that makes you wonder how much we can trust PR people and news outlets.

    Sad, but it at least it makes for an epic couple of quotes:
