In January 2009, Brussels reached a "preliminary view" that Microsoft was denting the chance for true competition by bundling its browser software in with its operating system
We all slag Microsoft of sometimes, but isnt this going a little far.
Surely if a company produce's a bit of software, then surely they should be able to bundle that bit of software, with another?
They dont force user's to use the software and it's not that hard to uninstall either.
They say it will be available for download..but how do you download the browser, if you cant browse to the website to download it?
I think people are going a little far in regards to nit picking at Microsoft.
Do other OS producers, such as MAC OS not bundle bits of software in with them?
Does this mean they are open for fines as well?
