I am assuming it is the Hexus logo on the front and a plain back (assumption made due to the fact there are no images of the back)??

That's correct, just the HEXUS logo you see on the front, the back is plain.

Nice idea that, but unfortunately, the way it works with lettering on this type of printing is that it has to be in a block. Multiple heat treatments to weld on the individual letters would damage the material unless you had them really spread out...

But doing a name in a block means a set-up fee... PER name... so the cost of the shirt would go up by, ooh, triple...ish. :O
