    Super scammer

    From yesterdays Bristol Evening Post:

Outside Bristol Zoo is the car park, with spaces for 150 cars and 8
coaches. It has been manned 6 days a week for 23 years by the same
charming and very polite car park attendant with the ticket machine. The
charges are Ł1. per car and Ł5. per coach.

On Monday 1 June, he did not turn up for work. Bristol Zoo management
phoned Bristol City Council to ask them to send a replacement parking
    attendant.

The Council said "That car park is your responsibility." The Zoo said "The
attendant was employed by the City Council... wasn't he?" The Council said
    "What attendant?"

Gone missing from his home is a man who has been taking daily the car park
fees amounting to about Ł400. per day for the last 23 years...!

    Fantastic!!!

What great money making scheme could you pull off for 23years undetected?

    Re: Super scammer

Though not in the same league as the fake Bristol Zoo story, I heard of a guy that worked in an NCP car park in Londons West End, that hadn't taken a day off in 5 years cos he was swindling so much money that if he'd taken a day off and a replacement sent in, he'd have been discovered.

Ah yeah, but they would say that wouldn't they?!!,.....after all, didn't all the MP's deny any knowledge of any wrongdoing......until the evidence arrived!!, and which idiot in his right mind, would say "Yep, that's right, we've been scammed for loads of years and loads of money and aren't we stupid?!!"

.......Ooh, I do love a good conspiracy theory
