torrents - zero, don't use torrent.
iplayer - zero, not installed. Never has been.
itunes - zero. Not interested. I buy music on CD.
technet - zero.
download.com - occasional software download. Not much.
direct2drive games - zero.
updates - occasional. Not much though.
images - only via browser.
streaming from servers - zero.
About the only thing I download with any regularity are documents and reports, usually in PDF, that are interesting and relevant. I doubt I hit 1GB/month on average, though I'll go over that occasionally if there's a new Linux distro I want, etc.
I have no idea.
Not much at the moment, I'm using T-Mobile while my phone line is set up etc.
depends on the time of the year. when Lost,24, etc etc are on i usually get the HD versions of them so your looking at maybe 50-60GB a month on those days.
nowadays its more like 20-30GB when there is no tv shows on
I don't usually download much, but the past few days have been pretty heavy. I just bought some synths online with pretty big sample libraries. I've done 20Gb in 24hrs with some more to go, good job I don't have a limit on my plan
I guess on average, I'd usually do no more than about 8gb a month. Mostly streaming from youtube, downloading files for work and various other bits and bobs.
ASUS P5K Premium || Q6600 || 4Gb RAM || 8800GTS
not a lot here either. almost all of my usage is games with voice comms and streaming video on iplayer etc.
Surprisingly little traffic flows backwards and forwards in World of Warcraft, and indeed many MMORPG's. Most of them are designed to be playable on a 56k connection after all. I'll check with a bandwidth tool later on but from memory it tends to sit comfortably at about 20kbps useage.

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
I thought that I had a light month last, well, month but it turns out that I had 20gb or so and I guess that my Dad had even more, cant be bothered to go find out, so in total it can range from around 50gb up to well over 100gb I reckon.
And this is with stupid orange and their supposedly unlimited package that has started to throttle iplayer and youtube so I sometimes cant even use them in the middle of the day. And thats even the lowest of low quality embedded in news pages video not the 3600kbit/s HD stuff!
In the past couple of days (since Monday) I've pulled 145GB. But other than that, overall. Monthly, I would say 150-200GB.
At the moment I am low on storage, soon to be recified when I build my system. But when i am not low on storage I would download about 60GB a month. But that is an average. I usually download 100GB in one go, and that keeps me going for a month or so.
One go usually means a period of 8 consective hours.
