Go on then, which one of you wonderful folks is it? I've seen Nick cook penne-drive (see what I did there!) so it may be him?
Nick.
I believe you are correct about it being Nick, I'm not 100% certain - but I think he used to be a professional cooker of food.

Given that Nick posted most of the recipes.. I'm going to go and have a guess there..
lol at you guys
Yes its Nick....and I have the priviledge/terror, of cooking for him every week as he stays at my house weekly for his work trips.
He's survived so far though, and through polite grimaces and beads of sweat, so far he's eaten everything I've slopped out for him
I think his level of Chef skills are probably lost to the world who know him as a games reviewer, and now a channel manager for HEXUS.
But this bloke worked as Head Cef at one of the worlds topper most health resorts for many years... and I used to pop in for "a taster" on the odd occassion. In fact, it could be said that the current "chef's table" trend at the moment, where people pay top money to sit IN the kitchen for dinner at top restaurants, or at "The Pass"... was started by two HEXUS dudes....me and him... a long time ago

Glad some of you are using it. Seems a waste to have some really good recipe's sitting gathering Net-Dust
