    Contents Insurance for Students.

Seeing as I live in a groundfloor flat, and have a few expensive thingys.
Would like to get them covered.
I'm a student but the other two flatmates are not, but can I just say the things we want covered are mine? Most of them are anyway.

Can anyone recommend some good deals?

    Cheers.

I always did it with Endsleigh. Always had good deals for students, had all my clothes, phone, watch, and laptop insured to their individual values for about £100. Guitars were a bit extra.

Have your parents got insurance for their house? If so check to see if it covers your contents away from home. I know when i was at uni all my expensive stuff was covered under house insurance!!!

    Re: Contents Insurance for Students.

As above, many home contents insurance policies include cover for students while away. But check that you covered if somebody you share with walks away with your kit, or they let somebody in that does. Some policies only cover if the building has been broken in to.
