    Travel Insurance

I'm going to tuscanny for two weeks and florence and rome over the course of another week in August and I'm just wondering where the best place to buy travel insurance would be? I already have an EHIC card but I think travel insurance is required too.

    Thanks

    Andy

I've always gone with Atlas: http://www.atlasdirect.net/main.asp

    Cheap and cheerful!

You can get dirt cheap cover these days provided you're not going skiing. I think i've got a yearly policy because it's only £20-30 and it covers everything i need it to. If you want to get stuff like your wallet covered it'll cost more, but for basic health and credit cards, etc that will do.

Money Saving Expert has an article on cheap travel incurance here: -

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ins...avel-insurance

Looking at that, the best value European annual multi-trip policy is £16 with OUL Direct (going via Moneysupermarket), and doesn't exclude any Swine 'Flu problems.
