    BT yahoo Mail - anyone having problems?

    I am trying to setup my grandparents up with facebook...families idea and im lumped with making it happen.

    Long story short in setting up their facebook account i tried to log onto their BT mail account in order to verify the account etc. I set their inbox as their homepage with the passwords etc saved & it set to login automatically. It worked fine for a good few weeks.

    Now it is askign us for the password, i enter the password and click login and it just takes me back to the login page, no errors or problems mentioned. No matter what i do, all it does it loop me back to the login page. iv tried changing passwors, using different methods of getting to the login page and everything else i can think of, all to no avail. It just seems to loop me back to the login screen when i do actually login.

    Can anyone on BT Yahoo maill (login page below) let me know if they can login aswell?
    https://login.yahoo.com/config/login....yahoo.com/%3f

    Thanks guys

    edit;
    Some background info. This is on windows 7 RC, but it has worked fine for weeks since i installed it for them. They changed from BT (rip off) to talktalk about 5months ago. Finally, the bt mail side of things is now controlled by yahoo i think, but in order to get to the help/FAQ/info i need to be logged in (*&$*^%!!!), however the account is still recognised and i can change the password etc.

    Re: BT yahoo Mail - anyone having problems?

    Instead of creating a new thread figured id tack it onto this one. I am still having problems. I can log into the btyahoo mail account via my laptop without any problems, but on this desktop when i try to login it loops me right back to the enter password & e-mail address stage.

    Iv updated firefox, reset IE and tried everything i could think of(cookies, security, restarting etc) but nothing seems to solve it. I can log onto everything else fine (hotmail, hexus, other forums etc) its just bt yahoo mail. Iv even set up my own yahoo account but it refuse to let me login.

    The only software difference between this computer & my laptop is this one is running Windows 7 RC 7100 and my laptop is running Windows 7 7201.

    Could that be preventing it? because im lost for ideas otherwise!

    thanks guys

    edit; frantic searches revealed a thread in the depths of google with someone who was having a similar problem. Deleted all the cookies and it worked. As the yahoo cookies were already setup in there im guessing there was a cookie mismatch/corruption or something similar.

    thank you
