    Re: championship manager 2010 1p

Didn't the guys that made Champ Manager for Eidos then leave and form their own company and game called Football Manager, which was a continuation of the game, and Champ Manager then become complete dross?

    Re: championship manager 2010 1p

Sports interactive are the company that started the CM games. A few years ago they had a falling out with EIDOS. EIDOS kept the name SI took the databse.

SI got the rights for Football manager brand and now make the games under that name and are now published by sega

FM is the daddy now and is so far ahead of cm its unfunny

    Re: championship manager 2010 1p

Not sure I would get it even for £2.51 - seriously, try the demo out first. I had a go on it, lost interest in FM since FM2008, and this CM2010 demo really killed off my interest...

    Re: championship manager 2010 1p

If it helps, Championship Manager 01/02 was re-released for free at some point. You should be able to get it at the official site (http://www.championshipmanager.co.uk - though I'm not sure where the link is on there to get it at the moment, it was definitely there a few days ago), and updated data (I think the latest is March 2009) is available at http://www.champman0102.co.uk
