I am posting this message on behalf of "neckclicker", who has been banned from this forum and so cant post on it. This "neckclicker", also known as dec, has been speaking to me on MSN recently. I have gathered that he is extremely traumatised from when he got punched in the neck at school 6 years ago. This has ruined his life, because however much he tries to move on, it still always comes back to
haunt him. He is seeking help, in fact he has a CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) appointment in a few weeks. However in the mean time, he would just like some support and sympathy from you guys, it would mean a lot to him. He appreciates that you are not medical professionals, and just wants some informal support etc. One of the things that upsets him most is the chains of thoughts he gets into
about sam. For example if he is thinking about sam, then misses the chance to do something, then something else goes wrong etc., he can blame things back to sam for ages and ages, and his life is pure hell during these chains of thoughts, which he simply cant break out of. Any friendly advice or support would be appreciated, and he would really like this thread to stay open, just so he can get
some support. He feels there is nothing wrong with him asking for support, especially as he acknowledges you are not medical professionals. Please, just leave this thread open for a day at least, it would mean a lot to dec, who is clearly suffering a lot as a result of getting bullied. Thanks.
