Looks like one of those locking type of screws, I think B&Q should sell you one no problems.
I'm not sure about the actual screws, but IKEA sell a mini-tool box with one of those inter-changable head screw drivers. It comes with all the weird screw heads they use for flat-packs, etc.
Looks like a cam screw
Thats what I was thinking TAKTAK. Good image too.
Never seen these for sale separately, just as part of a flat pack. An Ikea one might fit, and they usually have a rack of fittings in tubs at the returns counter. I don't know if you can just help yourself or if you need a receipt to get extras, I've never had missing pieces in any of the Ikea stuff I've bought (and I have bought a lot)
You can get them separately
Any fastener and fixings supplier worth their salt will be able to get hold of them, if you just walk in and ask for a "hidden cam lock, from a cam and dowel set"
But, you do need to know what size that you're after...

edit2: or do you mean the actual pin that is inserted into the cam?

again, you need to know what size you need.
If necessary you can take the 2 panels that need the part to the fastener and fixings supplier and they will give you the exact part that you require
Which is the easiest way, as you get the right thing, and they know that they are selling you the right thing.
