It's good either on a cheese sandwich or even on cheese on toast, the 2 flavours seem to compliment each other and make an easy and cheap tasty combo

Vegemite is okay, but can't beat Marmite. Marmite also gets bonus points for being made from beer byproduct.

I actually read the Wikipedia on MArmite recently, for a reason I dont remember, and it was pretty interesting.
Personally none of the above on toast in the morningprefer a bit of lemon marmalade on my toast in the morning.
+1 for Marmite here. It's also excellent on "soldiers" for dipping into boiled eggs - the saltiness goes perfectly.
Vegemite here. Each time I go home I buy several of the big 500g jars.
I also appear to have influenced the step daughter, she now steals my vegemite. I'm still working on the rest.
I also have a secret love for Promite...but keep it quiet.
