Talking of xbox bans. actually cozwin isn't from a word in my use i just changed two letters of my name and made that.

I used the word "tard" (abbreviated retard) in it's dictionary meaning (noun), that being:
"a stupid or mentally slow person"
So my use was in the use of stupid and not in the derogatory fashion you actually think I did. As for the other words I could of used I meant basically like fcuknut (can't use a number of words like this due to filters) etc not as a substitution for another derogatory word or meaning. If it has offended you then I apologise but as said you read the words from my post to mean an insult to those who may be mentally slow instead of the dictionary definition.
Maybe I should of used the word stupid or dim witted but in the haste of writing the thread in the spare moment I had that's the word I had used there and then. I am not going to make an issue out of it, I have apologised if it has offended you but I know the fashion in which I meant the word to be used.

It doesn't offend me, it's a word. 6 letters and an anagram of ginger. It's not my place to be offended by a racial slur someone else is using that is not used to describe me. What if a black person uses the word when talking to another black person, is that offensive? You can't say. It's not just the word but the context, meaning and manner of it's use.
What about Gringo? It's a Latin-American word to describe white people and is used in a derogatory manner typically in it's use. So who should be offended by it's use? Surely only a white person can be offended, and it's only them to say whether it is offensive or not.
Either way, the guy that complains about getting caught for committing a crime, doesn't get really punished but then complains deserves a kick in the family jewels
Let's leave it alone now, as this post has actually turned in to a decent topic about why people see piracy as a legitimate form of obtaining material regardless of it's stance in common law.
