    Re: plastic surgery

    so u got 5/6 more handfuls or fat to go or inchs of excess skin? I guess if its skin, toning up may be worth it, but i guess ur doing that. Surgery may be worth doing if its quite alot tbh, its becoming alot more acceptable to get it done these days then say 5 years ago

    Re: plastic surgery

    Just be patient. Unless you're 5'5", being 19st won't have been enough to permantly stretch your skin and it will eventually contract to fit your new slimmer shape. Really the only people who should need cosmetic surgery to remove excess skin are people who've been massively overweight and have then gone on crash diets (or had a gastric band fitted etc.).

    It's not just the 3-4 grand, you can't slice a load of flesh off without having a nasty, painful recovery period and a load of scars.

    Hey there, my name is Rahim , This might not be the right place to ask however I've been thinking about getting a hair transplant, I'm losing a fair bit of hair but not bald yet however I'm just wondering what you guys think about laser for hair loss or if you have ever used it? I've been losing my hair for about a year now and been searching on youtube lately and watched a few videos. This video for e.g.
    explains it however they are clearly advertising their product which would make it bias but does laser actually work? Can someone let me know of their experience? I've very doubtful.

    Re: plastic surgery

    My ex-wife had the excess skin removed from her stomach and it left her with a nasty disfiguring scar and caused her a lot of pain as a result of an infection (mind you she was allergic to the dressing tape and get lifting the dressing to poke at the wound).

    I'd suggest that it's not worth getting the skin removed due to the possible complications.

    Save the money, use a gym and get a personal trainer to give you some advice if needs be. Will take some time to get rid of it but it will be worth it in the end when you have £3-4,000 in your pocket & no scars!

    Could try a forum like this (mate swears by it & i buy my protein from there) and ask their advice on whats best to do in order to cut down the excess skin etc;

    Minus the £3-4,000+ for personal trainer's fees
