Anyone have tips on finding a person i've lost touch with?

My mum's ex-boyfriend was a really good guy and i dont really know why they split.

But anyway, i want to find him to send him a Christmas card and say thanks for the holidays etc, but dont really know how to go about finding him, he lived around Stourbridge in the midlands. Is there an online people search or something? All i have is a name and approximate age

    Telephone directory? (BT online search)

However, you should consider the possibility that he might not wqant to be found, and perhaps it would be better to find out why he and your Mum separated, and if possible get contact details from her, although I do realise that if it was that easy, you wouldn't be posting the question here.

Facebook seems to be good at finding all sorts of people actually, you should try that.

Quite a few of us from the Stourbridge area - probably a small chance, but you could always PM us locals his name on the off chance we know him.
