Probably a setup for a movie involving Parkour no doubt. You see a lot of this type of thing in the extra's on the likes of District 13
To be fair, it's the same kind of mentality that infects Hollywood stuntment, if you'd seen that stunt in a movie you'd be "wow". Also the video doesn't show whether or not there's an airbag in the gap between the buildings in case of an accident.
