    a future without glasses

Anyone else thinks this is amazing technology?? To think in maybe 10-20 years glasses will be a thing of history.

I wear glasses as I'm short-sighted, i can't wear contact lenses as my eyes are too dry. so things like swimming, wearing skiing goggles, sunglasses have been a compromise, even sports you thave to be careful.

I think £3k per eye is very worth it and to be honest I've not always trusted laser surgery.

Next thing you know they'll be telling us pocketwatches are a thing of history

This does sound cool, but imagine the hassle if you went to a nightclub and the laser show re-programmed it

Surely the nature of eye operations means the patient is normally awake? I know they are for laser eye surgery which is why when my eyesight goes i'll be wearing glasses
