you all know what it's like - trying to trim those extra pounds before summer starts to kick off...
Then you all know the true definition of pain - cycling along a rough road, with a bicycle seat which gets harder by the mile! Second day in a row, and it pains me to sit down... and am seriously regretting not going jogging instead!!
Anyone know any better than I do, of exactly how long it takes for your bum to get used to these rough roads again?
Am going to sit on a bag of ice for a little while me thinks!
