    Today is the day that...

    I turn 29

    I have had an extreme haircut - maybe a piccy for all you lovely peeps later if you are lucky.

    I also have a killer hangover following cocktails at an absurdly good bar in Sydney followed by dinner at an even better French/Japanese fusion restaurant.

    Fusion restaurants mate - quite popular here in Sydney. Normally 1 style is predominant in the menus, so in this case the dishes are more Japanese than French, but there are French flavours, sauces and "tweaks" to the food. So, for example, the best thing we ate last night was sushi rolls with a warm French mayonnaise style sauce. Superb.

    It says it's Japanese Californian, but I think it's more French than Californian. Ho well. Modern Western anyway.
