Install it go to a torent site and click the torent you want instead of it downloading say a 80KB File you will get the file that you want

thanks for the reply got it working now but got another problem after a little while it disconnects me from ym broadband service any idea why??

disconnects from the broadband service, or your system shuts down ?
If its the later, its the MSblast worm.
